About
Hazel Oliver Creative
I started HOC in 2017 to create a video production and photo company with a caring approach. Even though we're not part of your company, we work as if we are. We know that not all problems have the same solution, so we tailor each project to meet a business's specific needs. Our top priorities are being open, keeping in touch, and of course, being creative in every project we do. HOC, founded in 2017, is a business owned and run by a woman. Since the beginning, we've had the honor of working with big companies and dedicated small businesses. We give our clients the creative help they need to share their story.
